The $7 First Strike Kit, the add-on offered at checkout, and a Posse pass: 30 days, no questions. The scan, the guides and the tools are free, so there is nothing to refund.

If a letter we agreed to mail can't be mailed, you get a full refund. Once it is in the mail, the postage is spent, so mailing is not refundable after that. If something we did went wrong, email us and we will make it right.

We send the money back to the card you paid with. How fast it shows up is up to your bank; it often takes 5 to 10 days. If you ask for a refund on a Posse pass, the pass ends. Every bill you added stays yours.

Every charge is one time. Nothing renews on its own, and we never charge your card again unless you tap to buy something. See the terms for the rest.
